As part of the Healing Through Loss & Grief program, you’ll receive access to a private WhatsApp support group—a gentle, supportive space where you can share, reflect, and connect with others moving through similar experiences. This group serves as a reminder that you’re not alone, and that healing—while deeply personal—is also something we navigate collectively.
All materials (google drive), including guided meditations, audio practices, video sessions, and PDF journaling prompts, will be delivered daily and remain available to you for one full month after the program begins. This means you can engage with the content in your own rhythm, allowing space for rest, reflection, and integration—no matter your time zone or schedule.

This journey is lovingly guided by Tjaša Marin, holistic practitioner and space holder, and Teja Blatnik, art therapist and creative guide. Together, they create a safe, supportive space for healing—blending mindfulness, somatic tools, and creative expression to help you move through grief with presence, compassion, and inner strength.
