FASTING

When we fast for several days, we give our bodies a break. By doing that, many emotions and things that we have been suppressing with food come up to the surface. We also get the chance to observe our eating habits and to see what food really means to us. 

I am not a nutritionist, but I have helped a lot of people in the process of becoming aware of different things that occur in their lives and understanding themselves better. 

I mostly perform water and tea fasting for as long as I feel necessary. My longest fasting lasted for 13 days. I always simply listen to my body and I do the hydro colon as well. I perform a lot of daily fasts mostly on special events (moons, equinoxes, solstices, eclipses...) to support myself and my body and to go deeper within myself.
