This time we will work on our family and ancestral karma. Look into and heal those parts that are limiting us- the things that we took on from our family (mother, father) and the things that we are influenced by and limited by our ancestors (generations back from our mother and father side). Things that are not originally ours, but at the same time you have to know that you chose this family for a reason, that this are your best teachers, that they trigger, awaken the best in you, that they are the ones that shape you the most and are preparing you to step on the path of your mission, purpose, to do what you came here to do. And don’t forget that if our ancestors, our parents wouldn’t walk this path before us and generation by generation grew so much we wouldn’t be able to walk the path we are walking now. I was guided to organize this meditation because now everything is supported for us to break free and get the healing that we need so we can really step in our power and our true essence and are not limited anymore by different ancestral, family patterns. It’s time to heal the pain of our ancestors, of our family that some of us could be feeling really strongly right now.

By regularly meditating at your own home, you will slowly create a SACRED SPACE there, and you will then stop searching it elsewhere. In time you will also feel more comfortable at your home and if you have a lot of distractions, you will learn also how to put boundaries.
While our meditations, all your microphones are going to be set on mute, so you will have your own privacy (to breath deeply, cry or express anything that needs to come out).

Some advice for magical and more effective meditations:

???? Try to meditate always on the same spot (have your meditation corner)
???? I recommend that you meditate in a seated position, instead of laying down, so you don’t fall asleep, and that you stay present
???? practice deep breaths, because breath is a tool with which your body relaxes, with which you connect with yourself and can go deep within, and can support yourself in transformation and healing.

???? have your legs in contact with the ground, so you will stay connected with Gaia
