Online meditation: BETTER SLEEP and DREAMS

This week we will do two meditations.

  • A long evening mediation – for before going to sleep
  • A short morning meditation – for getting up and starting the day

In the first meditation, we will start by working on balancing everything that happened for you throughout the day/week. We will look at what triggered you (everything that you didn’t have the chance to process – you can process it during this meditation and create space for visitations of your team of light). This way, you will be able to come back into your center, align back to your heart, to yourself.

Then we will also work on balancing everything on the astral plane and strengthening your astral body. This means we will call back all your energy that might be stuck there. Through this, you will be supported to be more in the “here and now” in everyday life as well. We will work on your beliefs, fears, and blocks that might be affecting your sleep (patterns) and dreams. Furthermore, we will plant seeds – to be really clear about who you allow and what kind of energy you welcome into your energy space.

The purpose of this meditation is to create a solid foundation – a base from which you will be able to navigate through the astral world more freely and from which you can set the intention on what you want to receive during each night’s travels.

 

The second meditation will be dedicated to our mornings. We will work on the connection with our dreams to see what happened there. We shall travel back into the dream world through the feelings that stayed with us. We will work on getting more clarity about what our dreams were showing us through their symbolism. Balancing everything that needs to be balanced and calling back all parts of ourselves, grounding into the here and now.

🧘‍♀️ WHY ONLINE MEDITATION? 🧘‍♀️
By regularly meditating in your own home, you will slowly create a SACRED SPACE there, and then you will stop searching for it elsewhere. In time, you will also feel more comfortable in your home and if you have a lot of distractions, you will also learn how to set boundaries.
During our meditations, all your microphones are going to be set on mute, so you will have your own privacy (to breathe deeply, cry or express anything that needs to come out).
Our intention is to feel good with yourself, in our own homes, in our own bodies.

 

Some advice for a more magical and effective meditation experience:

🦋 before the meditation, you can light a candle and incense sticks with the intention of support and healing
🦋 use headsets
🦋 try to always meditate in the same spot (have your meditation corner)
🦋 I recommend that you meditate in a seated position, instead of laying down, so you don’t fall asleep, and that you stay present
🦋 practice deep breaths, because the breath is a tool with which your body relaxes, with which you connect with yourself and can go deep within, and can support yourself in transformation and healing.
🦋 make sure that your spine is straight so there will be a better flow of energy
🦋 have your legs touch the ground, so you will stay connected with Gaia.
