In this meditation we will work on the healing of our emotional body: on all different body parts and the energy, emotions stored there.
We will work on reprogramming our bodies, letting go/releasing, forgiving everything that is not serving us anymore.
All the beliefs, attachments, feelings of unworthiness, and other reasons for storing emotions in our bodies, instead of allowing energy (emotion=energy in motion) to flow freely through our body.
We will work on letting go of:
– control and judgment out of fear, defence…
– the belief (about sensitivity and what we feel) that this is how we are protecting ourselves – while we are, in fact, vibrating with that frequency and attracting even more similar situations.
We shall create a space in which we will allow ourselves to be the way we are, to feel, see things the way they are. And then decide what we want to do with it. We will create more space for positivity, beautiful, and better things in our life: joy, happiness, laughter, lightness, effortlessness…
The purpose of this meditation is establishing emotional balance and control and stop emotions from ruling our life.

WHY ONLINE MEDITATION?
By regularly meditating in your own home, you will slowly create a SACRED SPACE there, and then you will stop searching for it elsewhere. In time, you will also feel more comfortable in your home and if you have a lot of distractions, you will also learn how to set boundaries.
During our meditations, all your microphones are going to be set on mute, so you will have your own privacy (to breathe deeply, cry or express anything that needs to come out).
Our intention is to feel good with yourself, in our own homes, in our own bodies.
Some advice for a more magical and effective meditation experience:
before the meditation, you can light a candle and incense sticks with the intention of support and healing
try to always meditate in the same spot (have your meditation corner)
I recommend that you meditate in a seated position, instead of laying down, so you don’t fall asleep, and that you stay present
practice deep breaths, because the breath is a tool with which your body relaxes, with which you connect with yourself and can go deep within, and can support yourself in transformation and healing.
make sure that your spine is straight so there will be a better flow of energy
have your legs touch the ground, so you will stay connected with Gaia.
