“When we notice that we are strongly holding onto something/someone, this is just an opportunity for us to let go.”
In this meditation we will work on:
– letting go/releasing all of the attachments, beliefs, programs, doubts, worries, fears, insecurities, discomfort… everything that is not supporting us in who we want to become and what we want to create.
– we will close all the doors that are still open and finish ‘unfinished business’; all the reasons for our lost and scattered energy.
By doing this, we will make space for the new and call in the light, everything we need for our healing and transition to happen; thus, we will be able to let go of control and trust in ourselves, in life again. We will open up to the unknown no matter how scary it may seem, open up for new opportunities and experiences and let go of, stop clinging and holding onto the familiar.
Let us let go of the stubbornness, drama and frustration and make more room for miracles. Because we are always supported on our path and everything is happening for us and not to us. Everything is just the way it is supposed to be.
I also want to inform you that my meditations are not just meditations, we are most of the time activating different parts of you or calling in, connecting with, and bring in different supportive energies into your life, your body. We are working on reprogramming your mind, working on illumination so you can live and become who you actually (in your essence) are.

WHY ONLINE MEDITATION?
By regularly meditating in your own home, you will slowly create a SACRED SPACE there, and then you will stop searching for it elsewhere. In time, you will also feel more comfortable in your home and if you have a lot of distractions, you will also learn how to set boundaries.
During our meditations, all your microphones are going to be set on mute, so you will have your own privacy (to breathe deeply, cry or express anything that needs to come out).
Our intention is to feel good with yourself, in our own homes, in our own bodies.
Some advice for a more magical and effective meditation experience:
before the meditation, you can light a candle and incense sticks with the intention of support and healing
try to always meditate in the same spot (have your meditation corner)
I recommend that you meditate in a seated position, instead of laying down, so you don’t fall asleep, and that you stay present
practice deep breaths, because the breath is a tool with which your body relaxes, with which you connect with yourself and can go deep within, and can support yourself in transformation and healing.
make sure that your spine is straight so there will be a better flow of energy
have your legs touch the ground, so you will stay connected with Gaia.
