My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds / Returns
if applicable: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email AURORA 7 d.o.o. within 30 days of receiving the products at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, AURORA 7 d.o.o. will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, I will refund the full purchase price of your item. Once your return is recieved, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
non-applicable: – Gift cards – Downloadable digital products – Any art products, unless arrived defective or damaged in some way (these products are unique and custom made-to-order for you, they are non-refundable.)
Discounts and promo codes
If you forgot to use a discount code, we cannot refund any money that you would have saved if you remembered to use it. Only exception is the code to provide you with a 100% digital download items. AURORA7 d.o.o. available on email@example.com for any further informations and details.
Lost or Stolen Packages
AURORA 7 d.o.o. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, AURORA 7 d.o.o. will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If an item is returned back to us because of an invalid address or unsuccessful delivery attemps, we cannot guarantee a free reship as it depends on ordered items. There might be a new shipping fee to pay.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t recieved a refund yet, please get in touch with me on firstname.lastname@example.org or check your bank account again. It might time some time before a refund is posted on your bank account.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the details regarding this process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Membership gives you an access to the specific items. You’ll save big on your path and discover beautiful wisdom and ideas, that are not yet covered in mainstream learning. Keep in mind, that a membership will update automatically every three months. If you don’t want to have it anymore, get in touch with us.
