„Meditacija je nega sebe in skrb zase.”

Tvoje telo je tvoj tempelj, zato je pomembno, da imamo lep odnos do svojega telesa in zanj lepo skrbimo. Telo nosi v sebi vse spomine (vse kar je potlačeno, neizraženo), vsa čustva, za katera nimamo poguma, da bi jih izrazili, ter stres. Vse to se manifestira v različnih blokadah, ki kasneje lahko vodijo v bolezni. Meditacija je eden od načinov, kjer se lahko redno povezujemo sami s seboj in z njeno pomočjo predihamo izkušnje, čustva, misli, ki so trenutno v nas prisotne. Predihamo jih s tem, da jih vidimo, jim damo vrednost, se jih zavedamo, se zavedamo, kaj se nam dogaja in to nam nato prinaša mir.

Zakaj je dobro redno meditirati:

  • Zaradi globlje povezave s samim seboj in z vsem kar se dogaja znotraj in zunaj tebe
  • Ker postajaš vedno lažji, ko se redno soočaš s stvarmi, ki te težijo
  •  Z vajo se naučiš tudi zavestnega dihanja (kako se z dihom povezati z različnimi deli svojega telesa)
  • You are calmer, more confident, more connected;
  • Naučiš se umiriti svoje misli in resnično biti le s seboj, z dihom; v tem trenutku, prisoten, prizemljen
  •  Imaš manj skrbi, manj stresa
  • Meditacija lahko uravnoveša, transformira, sprošča..., odvisno od tega, na čemu delaš

 

Skupinske meditacije so močnejše zaradi moči skupine in skupnega polja, ki jo le ta ustvari.

V svetu, v katerem živimo, je veliko strahu, obsojanja, zmede..., zato je važno, da si vzamemo čas za povezavo s samim seboj. Izpostavljeni smo veliko informacijam, energijam..., zato se moramo uravnovesiti in se redno prizemljevati.
Istočasno imamo veliko opravkov, odgovornosti..., zato si moramo vzeti čas zase v tišini: da smo lahko le sami s seboj in s tem kar čutimo znotraj sebe, da se negujemo in skrbimo zase.

Naš način življenja nas lahko pripravi do tega, da pozabimo nase in če pozabimo na to, kdo smo in kaj potrebujemo, česa si želimo..., se izgubimo v vsemu temu. Izgubimo sami sebe. Zelo pomembno je, da negujemo in vzdržujemo povezavo s samim seboj in da se redno osredotočamo nase.

 

Bistveno je, da smo PRISOTNI; PRIZEMLJENI, v svojem TELESU, saj se bomo tako lažje soočali z vsem, kar nam bo prineslo življenje.

 

Ostale znanstveno dokazane koristi/prednosti meditacije:

  • v manj stresa
  • boljši spomin
  • uravnovešenje krvnega tlaka
  • boljši imunski sistem, manjše bolečine
  • več sočutja

  • manjša impulzivnost; manj hrepenenj, odvisnosti
  • večji optimizem, večje zadovoljstvo
  • boljše sprejemanje samega sebe in drugih

Ko si povezan sam s seboj, je manj DVOMOV, NEGOTOVOSTI, saj (jasno) veš, kdo si in kaj si želiš. Poleg tega nimaš težav s sprejemanjem odločitev in nikakršnih dvomov, kaj so tvoje potrebe in želje.

Da pridemo do te stopnje, je potreben čas, ker pa se pri izvajanju meditacije v skupinipovečata energija in moč, rezultate dosežemo v krajšem času.

Meditacija ti bo tudi pomagala umiriti tvoj um in telo ter te bolj povezala s tvojim višjim jazom, z dušo. Seveda je za vse to potrebna vaja, a je zaradi vseh rezultatov, ki jih meditacija prinaša, trud poplačan.

Sama izvajam vódeno meditacijo (preko spleta - zoom app) v skupini. Pri sami meditaciji vedno vse razložim in te vodim skozi celoten proces: preprosto slediš mojemu glasu in ostalim potrebnim korakom... in se nato poglobiš vase.
