Were you raised in the family where there was no room for your HAPPINESS if your parents weren’t happy?
(And that was mostly all the time)
Where your happiness was interpreted as ‘too loud, acting strangely…
Where it was suppressed…
Where it was judged …
Where you had guilt trips because you were happy and they were not.
Where you felt like you have to take care of them and their happiness
Where you felt responsible for their feelings
Where you felt like you have to save them…
Where there was no place for YOU and your own feelings
Where there was no place for you to exist …
And you than felt guilty for every:
– time that you gave to yourself,
– time that you took just for having some fun,
– time that you took to rest
(and so many other beliefs connected with that)
If you were raised in that kind of family,
you most likely (if you haven’t already work on that)
FEEL GUILTY THAT YOU EVEN EXIST, and
THAT YOU HAVE NEEDS and DESIRES.
Does that sound familiar?

To make priorities
And for you to create the life of your dreams.
Step in your power
and live your mission.
Existence needs you.
